Tara Stubler

Tara Stubler is a licensed massage therapist in the state of Illinois and a proud member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals (ABMP). A 2009 graduate of the IVCC Massage Therapy Program, she has been in practice for the past 16 years. Throughout her career, Tara has attended numerous seminars specializing in various movement modalities. She holds certifications in Neurokinetic Therapy, Orthopedic Massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, and Kinesio Taping.

 

Tara enjoys applying her unique style of movement therapy, tailoring each session to meet the specific needs of the clients. Her education includes expertise in assessing movement patterns, myofascial work, stretching and integrative activity. Tara is passionate about educating her clients on the body’s natural safety mechanisms and empowering them with self-care techniques they can use at home. Her drive to improve the health and wellness of everyone she meets inspires her to continuously explore new and innovative ways to help others achieve their wellness goals.
